Andy was and always has been extremely helpful. Used him for for a number of jobs now. Always punctual, honest and fair prices. He recently capped my fireplace and provided advise that the chimney would need capping as well. I also started to smell a gas leak on another occasion and called him for advise, he came around immediately, on a Sunday, with no notice and fixed the issue within ten minutes. Have and would continue to, recommend Andy to all friends and family for any job within his expertise!

What luck to have this company practically on our doorstep in Stapleford. Friendly, helpful and prepared to explain everything without resorting to jargon, Andy was really quick to respond to our request for a quote, and at a time that suited us. Our boiler installation then took place within the week and passed off perfectly. It's never a pleasure to have to fork out to replace something like a boiler, but this was as painless as could be and I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. The install was done very professionally friendly and Andy made sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. 100% recommend and would like to say a massive thank you for making it a easy and pleasant experience.

Called Andy for a kitchen tap and sink replacement, sounds simple enough for a plumber, nope...the way it was fitted many years ago was incorrect, so could have turned into a nightmare job.
Andy came up with the solutions and kept me well informed and showed me what he was doing to get around the previous issues, he also found a potential problem with my dishwasher which he corrected....Mrs B was very pleased!

Rang Andy due to a leak in our cold water pipe probably caused by frozen pipe. Came round late on in the evening and sorted the immediate need to stop the leak, Then arranged to come the next morning, in near blizzard conditions, to undertake a tricky job of replacing the cold water pipe. Was upfront about the complexity of the job and the likelihood that further problems could be experienced with the hot water pipe (both were poorly installed and laid into the concrete under the kitchen floor). Installed both cold and hot making old pipes redundant and also plumbed in the washing machine in a new position. Excellent service from a genuine and honest bloke especially as he was clearly in much demand due to the Siberian weather, Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be our first port of call in the future, many thanks again.

Andy moved the boiler in our utility room to a different location and did a first rate job. He attended on time, was polite, organised and efficient throughout and we could not fault the workmanship. He stayed late into the evening to complete the job and did this without complaining. The job was quite complicated and we were impressed by his patience and good humour throughout. We would highly recommend Andy and will definitely be using him again for any other plumbing jobs that we have in the future.

Andy has helped us out a couple of times now and he always does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. We had a water tank leak on us & the plumber that the insurance company sent out couldn't sort us out with cold water once he had isolated the tank. We phoned Andy & not only did he come out to us quickly but he was able to fix our problem to make sure that we had some water again.
Andy also fitted our new tank quickly & again at a very reasonable price & when he had finished there was an issue getting power to the tank (the electrician that came originally removed the power from the fuse box!) Andy went above & beyond to get the issue sorted for us & make sure that we had hot water by the end of the day which was greatly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Andy due to loud bubbling inside my bedroom radiators and the lounge radiator not getting hot enough. He came over that day and straight away diagnosed the lack of water in the boiler, topped it back up and then removed the blockage in my radiators which my usual plumbing engineer couldn't sort.

Since then I have used Andy's services on numerous occasions, he has been back to our home to install new taps, radiators, the list goes on!

He always talks me through what is wrong, what he needs to do to fix it and most importantly he provides us with handy tips on its future upkeep which I have never had from other tradesmen.
